Python + Telegram + Elastic Search.

We need someone with expertise on Python + Elastic Search. The workflow we need is the following.

We need a script, able to download compressed files from Telegram groups, extract the downloaded files, sort them with a recursive search, and filter the content. Once the content is filtered, we need it to be standardized and uploaded to Elastic Search. This tool needs to be scanning groups 24/7 in search of new files.
