Python Developer – Web Scraping, AWS & API Automation (Part-time, Remote)

We’re looking for a smart, proactive Python developer to join our growing e-commerce automation team. If you enjoy solving backend problems, scraping data at scale, and integrating APIs, then you’ll fit right in.

**What You'll Be Doing**

* Writing Python scripts for scraping websites (including CAPTCHA solving and proxy handling)
* Managing AWS EC2 servers (starting/stopping instances, basic configuration)
* Writing and optimizing SQL queries (PostgreSQL)
* Integrating third-party APIs for data automation
* Supporting our lead developer to scale operations across multiple stores

**Must-Have Skills and Experience**

* Strong proficiency in Python
* Experience with SQL, especially PostgreSQL
* Hands-on experience with AWS EC2
* Experience with web scraping, including CAPTCHA bypass and proxy rotation
* Comfortable working with APIs (authentication, data processing, error handling)
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

**Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)**

* Experience with Docker
* Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask
* Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
* Worked with scraping platforms (like ScraperAPI, BrightData, or 2Captcha)

**Work Setup**

* Part-time (20 hours per week)
* Fully remote – work from anywhere
* Flexible working hours (with some overlap for communication)

* $300 base salary + bonuses up to an extra $500
