Python Developer – AI Agent Backend (Long term role)

Role:

We’re a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Python Developer for a long-term role — someone patient, detail-oriented, and who enjoys solving challenges. You’ll set up and maintain the backend for AI agents that power our sales and marketing workflows, including vector store integration and n8n automations.

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5+ years Programming Skills Required on Python.

Build and maintain Python backend services (FastAPI/Flask) for AI agents.

Implement LLM workflows (LangChain/LangGraph) with vector databases (PgVector, Weaviate, Pinecone).

Develop n8n automations to connect data flows between AI agents and marketing systems.

Requirements:

Strong Python skills (3+ years).

Experience with vector databases and RAG workflows.

Hands-on with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.

Proficient in API integrations.
