JOB OVERVIEW

Role Purpose

To support the sales and purchasing workflow by:
Drafting accurate quotes for showroom and trade customers
Creating and managing purchase orders in Cin7
Using Zoho to check and reply to emails and internal discussions
Confirming stock, lead times & pricing with suppliers
Following up quotes and supplier orders
Supporting the internal sales team and warehouse


?Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotes in Zoho CRM / Zoho Books
Confirm product pricing & availability before quoting
Update quote templates and product selections
Send quotes to customers & record follow-ups

???? Purchasing

Create purchase orders for approved quotes

Email
suppliers and attach POs
Track supplier confirmations, ETA & shipping
Update order status and expected delivery dates in Cin7
Coordinate with warehouse when stock arrives
Notify internal team & customers when orders are ready

???? Coordination

Communicate with suppliers regarding availability & lead times
Liaise with warehouse for delivery scheduling & pickups
Communicate order updates to customers (when directed)

???? Admin / Data

Maintain product price sheets & supplier terms
Update cost changes in systems when required
Maintain quote and PO logs
File order confirmations & delivery dockets properly

? Required Skills

Strong written English
High attention to detail
Experience in quoting or purchasing roles
Comfortable working with product catalogs & pricing
Ability to follow structured workflows
Professional customer communication
