Primary Objective:
Ensure the portfolio runs efficiently, compliantly and in line with our processes.
Responsibilities:
a) Maintenance Management
Respond and manage maintenance issues through to resolution.
Speak to agents/contractors to arrange jobs.
Obtain quotes where necessary
Chase contractors.
Update tenants.
Escalate major repair decisions to client where required.
B)Tenant Communications
Handle day-to-day tenant messages.
Respond to general enquiries.
C) Rent Collection & Arrears
Daily rent logging.
Arrears monitoring.
Issue reminders in line with PPP processes.
Follow escalation procedures.
D) Compliance & Administration
Monitoring and chasing of all compliance items inc. EPC, EICR, GAS, HMO monitoring
