About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Project Manager to run day-to-day delivery across our growing digital business portfolio.

You’ll manage client communication, timelines, internal teams (designers, developers), and ensure our projects are delivered cleanly, on time, and without bottlenecks.

You’ll start by helping run 1–2 larger projects (e.g. web apps, MVPs, marketing sites), and scale into managing subscription website delivery and service ops. Over time, this will progress to a full-time role (40hrs per week).

This is a high-ownership, async-friendly role - perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and experienced in managing creative teams and clients in a fast-paced environment. Our clients are mainly based in Australia so ability to work during Aus business hours is important.

Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task boards (e.g. ClickUp/Asana)

Be the primary point of contact for clients once projects begin

Assign and follow up on tasks with designers, devs, and support staff

Flag issues or bottlenecks early and suggest solutions

Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools

Build & own the delivery SOPs and improve internal workflows

Manage intake of client requests (for both project and subscription clients)

Help build processes across 3 brands (Agency, Subscription, Home Services)

Requirements
2+ years experience managing creative, product, or web development teams

Excellent written and verbal English

Strong async communication skills — you thrive in Notion, Slack, Loom

Familiar with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Figma, and Google Docs

Clear thinker who can take vague ideas and structure them

Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

Bonus if You Have:
Experience in Framer/Webflow/web project delivery

Background in design or dev (not required, but helpful)

Experience working with SMB clients or agencies

What You’ll Get:
Flexible hours & async-first work

Opportunity to grow into an ops lead role across multiple ventures

Training and support where needed — we’re here to help you succeed

A sharp team and exciting projects in design, tech, and digital services
