Responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day project workflows in ClickUp

Coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping deliverables on track

Standardizing and documenting operational processes

Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions

Supporting client onboarding and project delivery timelines

Continuously improving internal operations for scale
