We’re a short-term rental acquisitions company looking for a tech-savvy, systems-loving, detail-obsessed human who thrives on structure and loves to help teams run smoother.
We’re hiring a full-time Project Operations and Automation Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, automation experience, and organizationally savvy—you thrive behind the scenes making tools, processes, and campaigns run smoothly.
This is not a content marketing or social media role, though you will support some of these functions. Your focus: building automations, managing internal systems, supporting client communication workflows, and helping our operations scale efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain
- Create and troubleshoot Zapier automations between business tools
- Support lifecycle marketing by setting up and QA’ing automated
- Monitor support inboxes (responding to clients/leads and escalating as needed)
- Manage creative submissions (Design Pickle, Gamma, etc.)
- Submit tasks across departments (asset uploads, page edits, folder org, etc.)
- Support internal ops: calendar management, meeting scheduling, SOP creation
- Maintain documentation of internal processes and automation workflows
- Research tools and improve backend processes proactively
Required (moderate experience preferred):
- Kajabi
- Zapier
- Go High Level (GHL)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Zoom & Slack
Bonus Experience (a plus, not required):
