Multifaceted Project Manager & Administrative Assistant Position

S.V.Drinks is an early-stage European Start-up creating high-quality Selzer’s focusing on the use of local & organic products.
Our team of passionate beverage experts aims to strengthen the growing pre-mixed trend by providing high-quality and cost-efficient distribution & consumption solutions for our costumers
We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced candidate to support the needs of our business, by getting exposure to varied responsibilities

The candidate will be working closely with the CEO and other members of the management on various projects and tasks associated with marketing, Project management, Administrative Assistant, and other aspects of the overall business.

-->>Specific responsibilities include:

**Administrative Assistant & Executive Assitant to CEO :

Preparing and drafting general correspondence, presentations, and reports of a confidential nature
Have detailed knowledge of the CEO's priorities, accountabilities, and methods of operation
Organize business appointments, events/functions, and travel arrangements
Coordinating and organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, seminars, company social events, and promotional material
Screen telephone calls, field inquiries, and request and escalate urgent matters
Communicate on the CEO's behalf with the organization's executives, executives of external organizations, board members, suppliers, and clients
Prioritize and coordinate the management, CEO and board meetings, and paper reports
Contribute to Virtual office support duties, answer and direct calls
Working with the CEO in building and maintaining communication and relationships with a range of stakeholders including the organization management team and clients
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matters
Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
Other ad hoc duties as directed


Building professional relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinating multiple projects from start to finish in a timely manner to meet deadlines…
This includes communicating with clients/ suppliers/ project sites /Creative team ensuring all the correct information is collected and passed onto the relevant people.
Costing and sourcing/ordering anything needed for each project.
Create risk assessments, method statements
Organizing content for social media/ website - organize photographers, go to sites to get content, and communicate with a branding agency or creative partners
Closely collaborating with an external Accounting firm for all supplier/cost / and HR related matters
• Assist in daily bookkeeping processes
• Assist in putting together annual reports for shareholders


**Marketing/Events Project management

Develop annual marketing plans and calendars, selling the plan to stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution against these plans
• Ideate and execute new marketing initiatives, leveraging the entire team behind key initiatives
• Actively lead projects needed to improve quality and efficiency of ongoing marketing campaigns
• Work with external design teams to create and implement marketing materials
• Upkeep of website, social network pages
• Responding to customer reviews & feedback, and developing solutions to address recurring customer inputs


• Organize corporate/ private events for groups, working with clients to design their events, and communicating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
• Lead the charge in creating and executing general public events (e.g. special themed events), working with designers to create communication vehicles

Minimum of 2 years assisting at a Senior Executive level & project management
Previous experience in a Startup
High level of competency of the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills & a naturally welcoming and optimistic disposition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written) /(business English is a must) &
French is a +
Organized self-starter and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Marketing & events experience is a plus

Basic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop & Illustrator
Worked with creative agencies in the past
Fluent in HUBSPOT, ---------- , Dropbox, Google suite and or any other similar Saas or CRM
