JOB OVERVIEW

**Dental VA experience required.

***Orthodontic VA experience preferred, but not required.


We're looking for an Orthodontic Insurance/Front Desk Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Insurance/Billing
-Verify orthodontic insurance benefits with accuracy and timeliness.

-Submit and track insurance claims, ensuring prompt payment and proper documentation.

-Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve discrepancies.

-Post insurance payments and reconcile ledgers as needed.

2. Patient Communication & Customer Service
-Respond to patient inquiries via email, text, or phone in a warm, professional tone.

-Assist with scheduling, reminders, and general administrative support.

-Provide clear updates to patients and communicate effectively with the in-office team.

Support virtual front desk operations and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.



Ideal Candidate Attributes
Experience in orthodontic or dental insurance processing (at least dental required).

Understanding of aligner treatment workflows and digital patient tracking.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask across administrative and creative functions.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine care for patients.

Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection, webcam, and backup power/internet option.





Details:
-Work from home
-$6/hour
-40 hours/week
-Mon-Fri U.S. time
-9am-5pm Pacific time (paid lunch included)
**This is 1am-9am (Tues-Sat) time block in converted Philippines time
