Project Manager/Business Development Manager/SOP Writer

I am looking for someone to help me manage my team, quality of work and project timelines and deadlines. We use ClickUp for our project management, so some experience here would be ideal!

I am looking for someone with a broad knowledge of:

- Website Development
- Digital Marketing
- Email Marketing
- SEO
- Podcasts
- Graphic Design
- Go High Level (HUGE BONUS)
- Automations using Zapier/Make/Integrately etc
- Lead Generation
- We don't run Google/FB Ads often, but that's a bonus as well.

What you'll be doing:
- You will be managing a few developers, designers, writers, and VA's.
- You will be monitoring a few email inboxes and portals for customer requests, queries and such.
We have some proposal templates and we may need you to write proposals from time-time while getting an outline from our Director (Me)
- Once proposals are signed you'll be in charge of assigning the team, and deadlines and following the project from start to finish.
- I am looking for someone who pays attention to detail, and gives feedback on work completed. We value HIGH quality work, we will revise until it gets completed correctly!
- If you have experience writing SOP's that'll be a huge bonus, if you have a library of existing SOP's that will be an even bigger bonus.
- Communicating with clients the status of their project
- Getting feedback from clients
- Create, implement, and optimize internal project management systems and processes
- Create and delegate tasks, necessary source requirements for task completion
- Day-to-day management of a multiperson team to ensure no balls get dropped, nothing slips through the cracks, and everything gets done on time and according to expectations
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to build and implement new SOPs that support predictable outcomes and allow the team to scale smoothly
- Develop documentation for internal and external processes and improvements
- Report on the effectiveness of our systems, and identify optimization opportunities
- Manage clients after a project has been completed. This means handling ongoing requests for support, new work, and any other ---------- also means assisting with growing the account over time through maintaining good relations, upselling and cross selling

This is a part-time role for the ---------- nt (20-25hrs per week), but can very quickly expand to a full-time role provided you prove yourself and deliver well. If you have other skills we can 100% look into full-time.

Hours are typically 9-5pm AEST (+10) but we can work around your ideal schedule provided you're working somewhere within these hours.

Salary will depend on experience, typically between $10-$15 USD per hour. We're open to $20-$25+ USD per hour if you continuely prove yourself! We don't lose employees very often and maintain long-term relationships is important to us.
