Project Manager for a Digital Platform

[Long-term | Base + performance + upside]

We’re building a digital platform that combines automation, content, and scalable online systems in the product reselling niche.

This is not a task-based role.
You take ideas and turn them into working systems. A long term valued partner, not just a "worker".

What you’ll do

- Build systems (bots, scrapers, automations, parts of website)
- Improve and maintain internal tools, workflows, and infrastructure
- Handle both manual and automated processes when needed
- Turn messy workflows into clean, scalable systems

You don’t wait for instructions.
You figure things out and execute.

What we’re looking for

- Strong coding skills (Python, JS, APIs)
- You’ve built real things (bots, scrapers, automations, tools)
- You can go from idea to a working system
- You take ownership and move fast

Bonus (not required)

- Experience with ---------- or online communities
- Understanding of growth systems (ads, content, funnels)

Base salary + performance-based upside
