Hours: Fixed schedule — 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday
Location: Remote (PST hours required)
Overview
American Standard Adhesives (ASA), a US-based distributor of hot melt adhesive solutions for B2B industries is looking for a self-starter Project Manager & Writer to execute the marketing initiatives laid out by our Marketing Manager. You will take full ownership of each project from kickoff through completion — driving the work forward independently between milestones and deliverables that the Marketing Manager will check at each step. We've been in the adhesives business for over 20 years. Only candidates with strong English communication (written/spoken) will be considered.
Responsibilities
Project Management (~45%)
Own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for new products — writing product listings, coordinating packaging design, confirming selling price with finance, and driving through to live launch
Conduct competitor research on third-party websites and listings — identify what's working, what isn't, and surface recommendations (or execute against direction from the Marketing Manager)
Coordinate external designers, freelancers, and internal contributors through project management tools
Lead website content development and refresh cycles end-to-end, partnering with technical staff for chemistry/materials accuracy
Manage ongoing packaging and collateral design projects (e.g., box labels, user manuals)
Writing & Content (~45%)
Own third-party platform product listings — product titles, listing copy, A+ content modules, and mobile-optimized variants
Develop sales and marketing presentations — capabilities decks, launch slides, and customer-facing collateral
Own the research, writing, and audience framing for technical content (product articles, application guides, technical sheets) — R&D/chemistry staff own subject-matter accuracy; this role owns translating it into clear, audience-appropriate copy
Research the target audience for each piece — buyer persona, technical depth, channel — and calibrate tone, positioning, and structure accordingly
Author and maintain internal documentation and SOPs
Ad Hoc Operations Support (~10%)
Provides general administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in project management, content writing, and/or digital marketing — we are not training a beginner from scratch
Strong written and verbal English — clear, professional, and to the point
Self-starter who executes against a brief and drives it to finished deliverable without hand-holding between milestones
Comfortable conducting competitor and market research; able to surface insights or execute against a clear research brief
Highly organized across parallel workstreams; catches errors before they go live
Experience coordinating with designers, freelancers, or creative teams
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, product listing tools, or B2B marketplaces
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience in industrial products, adhesives, or B2B e-commerce is a plus
Solid understanding of SEO for product listings

Full-time, Monday–Friday
Must work either 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
No flexi-time or alternative schedules
Must be fully available during PST business hours
