About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-obsessed, people-savvy Project Manager to lead the execution of web projects from kickoff to launch. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love translating complexity into clarity, and can herd cats with a smile—this one’s for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of web design and development projects—from scoping and planning to QA and launch.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings, ensuring agendas, action items, and next steps are clearly documented.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring expectations are aligned and communication flows smoothly.
- Track project milestones and budgets; proactively resolve risks, blockers, and scope creep.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure QA/UAT processes are followed and issues are addressed before launch.
- Continuously improve project workflows, documentation, and communication.
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proven experience managing website projects (corporate sites, landing pages, CMS implementations, redesigns).
- Familiarity with modern web development workflows, platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify), and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and content strategy alignment.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
- Comfortable leading both internal and client-facing meetings.
Soft Skills We Value:
- Clear Communicator: You can explain complex concepts simply and listen to understand.
- Organized: You keep timelines, budgets, and stakeholders on track without dropping a ball.
- Proactive: You anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they become issues.
- Adaptable: You’re cool under pressure and thrive in changing environments.
- Collaborative: You know how to lead cross-functional teams with empathy and accountability.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice when something’s 2 pixels off—and care enough to fix it.
Bonus Points:
- PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certification.
- Experience managing multilingual or multi-regional sites.
- Familiarity with GA4, SEO basics, or conversion optimization.
