Project Manager / Team Manager

We are looking for a superstar project manager. You must have 5 years of project management experience. A preference will be towards those who have worked in web development or online advertising. A preference will be to people who operate in the Philippine time zone and have a long history working with Philippine employees.

I am looking for a project manager that does the following and more:
- post jobs and look for personnel
- interview and hire personnel
- manage personnel and insure effective project progress
- provide consistent communication and reporting
- great requirements gathering
