We are an Australian marketing company that owns and operates several online stores and ecommerce brands.
We have been in business for over 8 years now, and we LOVE employing staff from the Philippines.
We currently employ 7 other staff from the Philippines.
And today, we’re looking for a Project Manager for our new healthfoods brand and online store we just launched.
For this Project Manager role, you will be involved in operating, managing and overseeing the many moving parts of an online business.
Tasks include, but are not limited to: overseeing the launch of a new product line, arranging designs and artwork, coordinating customer orders, learning and managing our
You do NOT need technical skills.
You are NOT required to know how to code, to design, to video edit, or any technical work like this.
However, you MUST have prior experience project managing an online business to apply.
And you MUST be resourceful and MUST be a problem-solver.
For this role:
1) Near native English is a must.
2) You will need to be very organized with high attention to detail.
3) You will be required to source and find new providers (such as coders, manufacturers, etc).
Then oversee their work and ensure the final deliverable (new website, artwork, video files, etc) are completed correctly and on time.
4) You will be required to coordinate with our existing team members, suppliers and vendors to ensure all projects are on track.
And you will be responsible for ensuring we meet our target deadlines.
5) You will be involved in Quality Control, to ensure the final deliverables (whether it be artwork, webpages or social media post) are up to scratch, and meet our expected quality.
6) And you will need to be flexible, and WILLING TO LEARN, all the different softwares and tools we use in our daily operations.
There will be a 2 month probation once you start.
The first month will be learning and getting settled into our business, so you will be employed part time 20/hours a week.
After the first month (or if we feel you are ready sooner), you will then begin working full time at 40/hours a week.
As we already employ a number of Philippines staff, we know your concerns working from home.
So don’t worry, you will be paid weekly, via Paypal.
And being an Australia company, your expected work hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm PHT.
