JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee ongoing development and maintenance of a complex multi-platform software system. The system includes a website (PHP), Android app (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose), iOS app (SwiftUI), and a real-time messaging platform (Node.js). The platform includes social networking, video streaming, messaging, subscription features, and a digital marketplace.

You will coordinate a remote team of developers and ensure timely delivery of monthly features, updates, and bug fixes. This is a high-trust, contractor role with long-term potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage Scope of Work (SOW) documents for each monthly sprint

Coordinate developers across mobile, web, and backend

Track project progress, raise red flags early, and ensure milestones are met

Lead weekly status check-ins and ensure all stakeholders are informed

Oversee issue tracking, QA feedback, and sprint deliverables

Maintain version control logs and testing handover documentation

Provide simple monthly progress summaries to the client

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years experience managing software projects (ideally mobile + web)

Strong understanding of development workflows (Agile/Scrum preferred)

Familiarity with technologies used:

iOS: SwiftUI, AVKit, TCA

Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, ExoPlayer

Web: PHP, HTML5 video

Messaging: Node.js, WebSocket

Excellent English communication skills

Experience using tools like GitHub, Trello, ClickUp, or similar

PAYMENT & TERMS
Monthly contractor rate depending on experience
Paid via Wise, paypal, bank transfer
Contractor agreement required
