## About the Role

This isn't a traditional Project Manager role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out.

Someone who sees a problem and immediately starts looking for a better way.

You'll work directly with the founder across multiple client projects, helping improve operations, build systems, manage projects, analyse data, automate workflows and leverage AI to create better outcomes.

No two weeks look the same.

One day you may be building reports in Google Sheets.

The next you could be setting up a CRM automation, researching a new AI workflow, documenting a process, preparing client presentations or managing multiple project deliverables.

If you enjoy learning, this role will never become repetitive.

## What You'll Be Doing

* Manage multiple client projects from planning through execution
* Improve and document business processes
* Create project plans and keep teams accountable
* Analyse data using Excel and Google Sheets
* Build reports and dashboards
* Work with CRM systems and marketing platforms
* Coordinate meetings and document action items
* Research solutions and recommend improvements
* Explore and implement AI tools that improve productivity
* Assist with automation projects and operational improvements
* Support marketing, administration and client delivery where required

## Technical Skills

Experience in some (not necessarily all) of the following is highly desirable:

* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, dashboards, reporting)
* Project Management (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello or similar)
* CRM platforms
* Process documentation
* Reporting and analytics
* Marketing platforms
* Automation tools (Zapier, Make or similar)
* AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

Bonus points if you've:

* Built custom GPTs
* Used Claude Projects
* Created AI workflows or agents
* Connected AI tools with automations
* Used AI to improve business processes rather than simply generate content
