About us
We are a US-based e-commerce company in the tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG) accessory space. We design and sell our products direct to consumers and through retail partners worldwide. We are a small, fast-moving team — you will work directly with the owner, your work will be visible, and your results will matter. (More detail about our company and products will be shared during the interview process.)
The role
We regularly receive requests for custom product projects. We need a project manager to own these from first inquiry to final delivery: scoping the request, getting factory quotes, pricing and quoting the client, closing the deal, tracking production, keeping the client informed, and making sure we get paid. You will work directly with the company owner and our Head of Production in China. This starts at approximately 20 hours per week, paid by the hour (not salary), with a clear path to full-time as the volume of projects you land grows — your success directly expands the role.
What you will do
• Respond to incoming custom project inquiries, scope the requirements, and follow up to land the project.
• Coordinate with the owner and our Head of Production in China to get factory quotes.
• Build client pricing from factory quotes and send professional quotes to clients.
• Manage each project start to finish in ClickUp: production milestones, timelines, and proactive client updates.
• Handle billing: invoice the client (or request invoicing), and confirm payment before production starts and before final shipment.
• Instruct the warehouse on where and how to ship completed projects.
Must-haves
• Excellent written and spoken English — this is a client-facing role with regular client communication.
• Project management experience: you have owned projects end to end and kept multiple moving pieces on track.
• Highly organized: nothing falls through the cracks, every follow-up happens on time.
• Comfortable with numbers: building pricing from quotes, margins, and invoices.
• Some working knowledge of Shopify.
Nice-to-haves (not required)
• Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or working with factories in China.
• Experience using WeChat for business communication.
• Sales or account management experience — following up and closing deals.
Tools you will use
ClickUp, Google Workspace, Shopify (light use). WeChat a plus.
How we work
• All work is managed in ClickUp. Every task has a clear deliverable and due date, you will always know exactly what is expected and when. In return we expect you to use this tool to properly communicate your work, needs and questions.
We measure output, not hours of activity. Finished quality deliverables are what count.
• Communication is in writing first (ClickUp comments and
• We expect a few hours of overlap with US business hours for communication with team and clients on EST; the rest of your schedule is flexible especially communication with our team in Asia for quotes and details.

Hours: Starting at approximately 20 hours per week. Strong potential to grow to full-time based on project volume and your results.
Pay: Rate negotiable based on experience, please include your expected hourly rate in your application.
