Project Manager - Creative Team

Affinity Consulting is in search of a skilled Team Manager to lead our two-person team consisting of a talented copywriter and a skilled video editor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision: Ensure the team has the necessary resources and receives timely guidance and mentorship.
2. Deadline Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, which includes coordinating with external stakeholders, planning a weekly social media schedule, and reviewing the quality of video edits and copy before release.
3. Fostering Collaboration: Create a collaborative environment, encourage open communication, and align the team towards common goals.
4. Strategic Insight: Share your previous experiences in managing similar teams and provide strategies for leading a growing team.
