Project Manager

Hi I am Master S. Ray, owner and master instructor of F.I.T. Martial Arts in St. Louis, MO.
We are looking for a sharp, competent person, highly experienced in marketing and leading a team.
This job pays between $5 - $8 per hour.

You will be responsible for the following.

- Must Understand and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies!
- Manage a team of 10-20 VAs with Marketing Projects.
- Must be able to delegate effectively.
- Meet deadlines with team.
- Experience with ClickUp (Or willing and able to learn it quickly)

Our team creates funnel pages, graphic design, copywriting, content creation, place ads, make prospect calls, etc.
Your job is to make sure our team is highly productive and competent to produce the results of more leads, and customers.

You also will interview other VA's, hire, and terminate when necessary.
