Project Manager

Scale My Rev helps online entrepreneurs scale their revenue with reduced stress and overwhelm. We typically work with clients on an 8 week consulting agreement - where each week is focused around strategies to help the client get CASH ASAP, as well as helping them set up systems to increase revenue (usually) without spending more on ads. Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager within our agency to be the person who keeps the team to a deadline and helps us to deliver projects on time.

We are looking for someone to work from 10am-2pm, PST, Monday to Friday.

This is a newly created role within our agency as we have had significant growth over the past 3 months and we now require an experienced project manager who is excellent at creating project plans that allow for the correct amount of work to be completed, as well as assigning the right tasks to the right staff.

Part of this position will involve listening to us brainstorm, taking notes, and creating organization to our work process.

We are looking for someone who loves to problem solve and can create excellent relationships with the team. We are looking for someone who brings solutions, not problems. You must have great attention to detail, be analytical and just love organizing projects!

We are wanting someone that is exceptional at helping to identify ways we can streamline SOPs and process so that we can always improve our implementation workflows. The role will be working closely with our CEO who is documenting all key SOPs in the ---------- will be your responsibility to work closely with us and assist in creating the processes and systems we need to create an exceptional project management workflow.

The role is also responsible for managing team capacity and workflow. At times this may include corresponding with the client.


Responsibilities:
KPI - All Projects On Time, All Clients Taken Care Of
Sit with Jayden & Luis to recognize the scope of each project
Look for opportunities for our program to run more smoothly
Onboarding setup and task allocation to team members (reviewing onboarding docs, deep dive, etc)
Coordinating weekly tasks and monitoring the success of client campaigns
Managing internal staff to make sure deadlines are met and results are delivered for clients
Being the second set of eyes on client accounts to make sure adjustments and optimisations are being made in a timely fashion
Creating and documenting new strategies that media buyers are testing/implementing to create processes library
Assessing and evaluating project success
Establishing excellent people skills with the implementation team
Developing new processes that help improve delivery consistency and results

Requirements:
English written & oral communication
Working pc or Mac and high speed internet.
Previous Project Management experience (1 year min)
