Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (NEW YORK TIME)
Compensation: PHP 50,000/monthly

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee project coordination, client communications, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, customer-focused, and capable of ensuring projects are executed efficiently from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, consultations, site visits, and project-related meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and administrative records.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of scheduling updates and project progress.
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage incoming emails and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, appointments, and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, project updates, and required documentation.
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations support, customer service, administrative support, or a related role with US-based clients.
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or North American-accented speaking style.
3. Proven experience managing schedules, calendars, and client communications.
4. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency with email management, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management platforms.
7. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
10. Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in home improvement, construction, renovation, interior design, window treatments, or related industries is a plus but not required.
