CoolBird Publishing House is a U.S.-based, full-service publishing company. We help aspiring authors, speakers, and coaches bring their books to life while building strong personal brands.

We are looking for a Project Manager with excellent English communication skills to manage author projects and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

About the Role:
You will be the main point of contact for authors, guiding them through the publishing process from onboarding to completion. This role requires clear, confident, and professional English communication, as you will be working directly with U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with authors via phone, email text and social media messaging (clear, professional English required)
Schedule and manage onboarding sessions
Send contracts and follow up for completion
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with editors, designers, and formatting team
Provide consistent updates to authors
Ensure authors submit required materials on time
Assist with ISBN assignments and copyright submissions
Send monthly updates or promotional messages
Maintain organized project records
