[How to Apply]
Subject Line: Start your title with either "Project Manager", or your application can't be considered.
In your application, include:
1) Work History: Share your resume, focusing on your experience leading, managing, or coordinating teams.
2) Subtle Observation & Action: Imagine you notice one of your most reliable VAs has suddenly become very brief in their communications—using one-word answers and no emojis, which is highly unusual for them. Their work quality is still excellent, but they seem disengaged. Describe your internal thought process and the specific, subtle actions you would take over the next 48 hours before escalating to a formal meeting.
3) Leadership Challenge & Dialogue: One of your VAs is a talented writer who is fantastic at executing assigned tasks, but they rarely contribute original ideas in team brainstorming sessions. Your goal is to help them develop the confidence to become a more proactive contributor. What are the first three open-ended questions you would ask them in a private check-in to understand their perspective before you offer any advice?
4) Creative Solution: If you had a 'magic wand' to instantly create one new tool, system, or a specific team ritual that doesn't exist yet, what would you create to solve the single biggest challenge you believe? Give it a name and explain how it would specifically foster both productivity and well-being.
5) Preferred Tool Stack: What are your go-to tools for project management, task tracking, and team communication? Please mention why you prefer them.
6) AI in Your Workflow: Explain where and how you use AI to improve your productivity, and where you deliberately choose not to rely on AI in a team management context. (Wish you aren't using AI for answering these questions, because they will be further discussed in the interview later.)
7) Available Hours: Let us know your general availability (e.g., "Approximately 20 hours per week, mostly flexible between 1PM - 8PM on Monday, 3 PM - 10PM on Tuesday, 12PM - 8PM on Wednesday, ..., in Philippines time").
8) Available Period of Work: Let us know for how long you expect to work with us. We'd prefer at least 6 months with opportunities for extension.
9) Willingness for Zoo
I will respond to your application in 7-15 days all at once.
We look forward to hearing from you.
