Project Manager

We're hiring a part-time Project Manager to help lead development on a mobile-first service marketplace app. You’ll be coordinating between the founder, and developers to keep the project on track and ensure delivery of a clean, functional MVP on a tight timeline.

Project Details:

Mobile-first app for iOS and Android (built with React Native)

Backend in Node.js

Key features: user auth, scheduling, messaging, Stripe payments, admin tools

Design is being built in Figma and will be handed off in organized frames

Responsibilities:

Turn designs and goals into clear, trackable development tasks

Manage the project timeline and hold the team accountable to deadlines

Coordinate weekly priorities and communicate blockers

Review feature progress and help ensure quality delivery

Act as point of contact between founder and developers

Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing mobile app projects or MVP launches

Comfortable working with small teams and fast iteration cycles

Excellent written communication and organization skills

Familiarity with basic development workflows (GitHub, task boards, etc.)

Bonus: experience with marketplaces or booking platforms
