Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – Client Onboarding (Remote – Philippines)
Company: Garage Door Marketing Lab
Pay: $9–$18/hour USD (Depending on Experience)
Type: Part-time (20 hours/week to start)
Note: Opportunity to move to full-time after a 90-day probationary period based on performance

Garage Door Marketing Lab is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that exclusively works with garage door companies. We specialize in PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, and CRM automation to generate qualified leads and help our clients grow.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in keeping client onboarding organized, on track, and moving toward completion. This role is essential in ensuring new clients have a smooth, professional experience from the ---------- nt they sign up through full launch.

The Goal for This Role:
Own and manage the onboarding pipeline for new clients

Ensure all tasks, assets, and communications are progressing on schedule

Keep the team accountable for deliverables and deadlines

Communicate with clients to gather missing information and provide updates

Drive onboarding projects to completion efficiently and professionally

Responsibilities:
Track onboarding progress using project management tools (Asana or similar)

Coordinate across departments (ads, design, content) to complete tasks

Manage timelines, checklists, and key client milestones

Follow up with internal team and clients to remove bottlenecks

Prepare client-facing documentation and update onboarding forms

Schedule and lead internal check-in meetings as needed

Document SOPs and improve onboarding workflows over time

Requirements:
1+ year experience in a project management role at a marketing agency

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to prioritize tasks and proactively solve problems

Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Tech-savvy with a self-starter mindset
