Project Coordinator - Amazon Listing Optimization & Design Studio

The FBA Studio is a high quality output full service optimization studio that caters to the Amazon Private Label market. Currently, we have a team of 2 Full Time Designers, 1 3D Render Specialist, 1 SEO Copywriter, 1 Branding Specialist and a Operations & Quality Control Assistant. We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator that has specific experience in Amazon Private Label to take care of high level operational tasks that will be both delegated to the existing team, as well as presented to the client. These tasks can be defined as the following:

-Managing all initial inquiries and orders for each project to create a clear execution plan for the entire team
-Create a detailed listing plan while analysing both the client intake form and competitors of our client to define the scope of each listing component (example attached at bottom)
-Delegate tasks on our project management software to each specialist corresponding their skillset with clearly defined timelines
-Support on specific tasks within the project deliverables: specifically, the creation of A+ content which includes optimization based copywriting and a consolidated overview of A+ content
-Maintain all client communication throughout the project to respond to queries and to give them updates from our internal team
-Once project is completed internally, conduct a quality control check to ensure everything meets ours and the clients standards
-Present project deliverables via email to clients and manage the revision process should there be any

Job Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 years of experience working within the Amazon space in order to understand the search engine and each listing component
-6 Months working as a project manager or coordinator where team delegation was required
-Quality control experience (not intensive, this will be trained to our standards)
-Excellent verbal and written english communication: to be ability to write Amazon listing copy and to maintain client communication

Working hours: PM Shift, PST (30 Hours / Week)
Salary: Negotiable
