Job Title: Project Coordinator, reporting to the Project Manager

Job Description:
At GRSee Consulting, Inc., we know that the key to success is in a high-performing operations team. That’s why
we’re seeking a qualified outsourced Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects for our cybersecurity services.

This position is full-time, Mon-Fri in USA-based time zones.

Primary Duties:
• Managing information security projects
• Second in command for US project management
• Project tracking – timelines, deadlines, and hours
• Resource allocation
• Conducting meetings with customers and tea ---------- mbers
• Communicating with the operations team in the US and Israel on a daily basis
• Scheduling between multiple parties
• CRM Management
• Communicating via email (excellent English/writing skills and vocabulary required)
• Ability to create presentations in both Powerpoint and Gantt charts on ---------- and in MS-Project
• Working in ---------- , Zoho, Zoho Projects, GSuite, Microsoft Office, Dropbox
• Strong internet service is a must
