JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support client projects, data analysis, reporting, and cross-team coordination. This person will be the glue between internal teams (media, analytics, content) and the client, ensuring deliverables are on time, insights are clear, and communication is seamless. This is a part-time role (15–20 hours/week), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Client communication & support
- Serve as a client liaison — assist in onboarding, status updates, scope clarifications, and follow-ups
- Field client questions, route them to appropriate internal team, and track resolutions


Project management & coordination
??• Maintain project timelines, task trackers, checklists, and deliverable schedules
??• Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed on time
??• Coordinate between internal teams (media, analytics, creative, content) to ensure alignment


Data review & reporting
??• Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, etc.)
??• Audit data for anomalies, trends, red flags, and areas needing optimization
??• Build dashboards and prepare regular performance reports
??• Translate metrics into meaningful narratives for clients (storytelling through data)


Written content & story development
??• Draft client-facing reports, summaries, strategic overviews, and insights
??• Assist with presentation decks (e.g. quarterly reviews, strategy meetings)
??• Help with internal documentation, SOPs, and process guides


Process improvement
??• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest optimizations
??• Help refine tools, templates, automatisms (e.g. report templates, checklists)
??• Assist with general agency operations (resource allocation, internal alignment)


Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent / perfect English (written and spoken)
- Previous client-facing / customer service experience — comfortable interacting with clients
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, spreadsheets, dashboards
- Excellent storytelling ability — able to weave data into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong written communication skills — reports, summaries, emails, proposals
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid time management, organization, and multitasking ability
- Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel, dashboards (e.g. Looker, Data Studio), project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Experience in marketing, growth, or agency environments is a plus


Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Exposure to funnel metrics / growth modeling
- Experience creating presentation decks (Canva & Google Slides)
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, or other internal collaboration tools
