Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of investor website development projects. This role involves managing communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines are met, tracking deliverables, and helping maintain project budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of the web development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Organization:
Assist the project manager in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.
Help develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Maintain project documentation, including specifications and meeting notes.

Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication between internal teams (design, development, relations/account managers) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
Assign tasks to tea ---------- mbers and track progress against deadlines.
Monitor workloads to ensure resources are effectively allocated and any roadblocks are addressed.
Organize and schedule regular tea ---------- etings and project reviews.

Progress Tracking & Reporting:
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure the project stays on track.
Update project management tools with progress reports and status updates.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
Flag potential delays or risks early, helping to develop mitigation strategies.

Quality Control:
Assist in reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Ensure the final product aligns with client requirements and expectations.
Help ensure proper testing and quality assurance processes are followed.

Budget & Resource Management:
Support the project manager in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
Assist in resource planning, including team scheduling and procurement of online tools or services as needed.
Monitor project spending and help manage any cost-related issues.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the liaison between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication on project progress.
Coordinate client feedback sessions and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Conduct client calls and meetings via phone or Zoom to discuss project updates, gather feedback, and address any questions or concerns.

Invoicing & Financial Management:
Prepare, send, and track project invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all billing is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle client inquiries related to billing and invoicing, addressing any discrepancies or issues as they arise.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle.
Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary to prevent delays.
Help develop contingency plans and alternative solutions.

Post-Launch Support:
Help coordinate the post-launch activities, including monitoring website performance.
Assist in planning for ongoing maintenance, updates, and improvements after project completion.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in web development or IT. If your are a web developer and interested in a management role we encourage you to apply.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of website development processes, including front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, etc.).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Teamwork: Comfortable working collaboratively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of Agile or Scru ---------- thodologies.
Experience with web development frameworks or platforms (e.g. WordPress)
Understanding of website design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.

Working Conditions:
- Have a good internet connection and have a back up modem.

- Full-time position:
Australia Time Zone: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM AEST
Manila Time Zone: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MLA
