We’re looking for a top-notch Graphic Designer who understands the power of marketing design — not just making things look good, but making them convert.
You’ll be working directly with me (the founder of a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency) on a variety of projects, with a strong emphasis on:
• Social media content
• Lead magnets and PDFs (guides, playbooks, etc.)
• YouTube thumbnails that get clicks
• Ad creatives and promo graphics
• Occasional website graphics (banners, icons, UI mockups in Figma)
• Light branding work when needed
TOOLS YOU MUST KNOW:
• Canva (most projects will be built here)
• Figma (for anything web-related)
If you’ve got experience with layout psychology, building swipe-worthy social graphics, or designing polished sales content that gets results — you’ll fit right in.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Fluent in English, able to follow direction and ask clarifying questions
• Highly creative, but also fast and reliable
• Excellent design sense with an eye for clean, bold, conversion-driven work (think Sabri Suby/Alex Hormozi style)
• Willing to take on projects as-needed, with 24-hour turnaround preferred
• Communicates directly via
• Open to feedback and eager to improve
• Familiar with U.S. design aesthetics and marketing style
• Able to design high-impact YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and stand out in crowded feeds
TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY):
You must follow all of the steps below or your application will not be reviewed:
1. Change the title of your reply to: I MAKE KILLER GRAPHICS!
2. Include your OnlineJobs.ph profile link
3. Include a link to your design portfolio — Canva, Behance, or Google Drive is fine
4. Tell me why you think you’re a great fit for marketing design specifically
5. Be ready for a short paid test project to show your speed and quality
This is a project-based role, but if you impress me — I’ll keep you on standby for consistent work.
Looking forward to seeing who’s got the eye, the speed, and the hunger.
