We are looking for a reliable, solution-oriented IT & AI Automation Specialist to support our business on an on-call or project basis.

This role is essential in maintaining and improving our backend systems, especially our AI bots, automations, and web-based operations.

You will act as the technical backbone of the company—ensuring everything runs smoothly and stepping in quickly when support is needed.

???? AI Bots & Automation

Maintain and manage Google AI bots and related systems
Monitor performance and fix issues when needed
Support and improve automation workflows
Create and build new chatbots for future use

???? Web & System Operations

Support checkout systems and web-based operations
Troubleshoot errors and ensure smooth user experience
Handle integrations between tools and platforms

????? Technical Support (On-Call)

Be available for backend support when needed
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Communicate problems and solutions clearly to the team

Set up and maintain system integrations
Identify gaps and suggest better technical solutions
Continuously improve backend processes and automation
