We are a US-based creative agency producing employer brand video content for enterprise tech companies and other clients. Think polished short-form social content, interview edits, b-roll compilations, and branded storytelling. Our clients have high standards, and we deliver consistently.
**Do not apply if you use AI software to edit videos, we are creating actual content, not easy plug-and-play slop**
We are looking for a long-term video editor to join our small remote team. This is not a one-project gig. If the work is strong, you will have consistent hours every week, a reliable monthly income, and the opportunity to grow as we bring on new clients.
What you will be doing:
- Cutting short-form social videos (15 to 120 seconds) from long-form interview footage and b-roll
- Creating reels, clips, and branded social content for Instagram,
- Occasionally editing longer YouTube content
- Working from run-of-show documents and creative briefs we provide
- As you grow with us: additional formats including hospitality, travel, and commercial content
What we need from you:
- 4+ years editing video professionally, ideally for brands or agencies
- Strong instincts for short-form pacing, music selection, and caption placement
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Basic motion graphics and animation required. Strong motion graphics is a major bonus and will affect your rate.
- A portfolio or reel that shows storytelling ability, not just technical edits
- Available for overlap with Pacific Time (US) during the week
- This must be your primary job, not a side project
- Clear written and spoken English

Rate: $1,000 to $1,500 per month depending on experience, portfolio quality, and motion graphics ability.
