JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a virtual video production project manager to help manage video and animation projects for our video marketing agency. The ideal candidate is the perfect blend of 1) high attention to detail and organization that can help manage projects as a go-between between customer requests & emails and freelancers & editors, 2) a digital project management guru who can help engineer a ClickUp system to track projects and deadlines, make sure tasks are assigned with deadlines, and organize assets & communication, and 3) has a good video/design eye that can help source pre-production inspiration, mood board assets, review freelancer work, etc.

We are looking to start part time, but based on our need, and the value you bring to our business, we may be open to full-time in the next couple months.

Specific tasks and responsibilities will include:
Following all customer email communication and assigning tasks and deadlines to projects & freelancers.
Managing Click-Up project management top to bottom.
Voiceover sourcing, hiring, and managing
Casting Assistant: putting out casting calls, managing casting submission, and putting together talent decks for clients.
Location Scouting: sourcing online websites to find potential locations for live-shoots and putting together decks for clients.
Concept Development: Collecting potential "reference videos" as inspiration options, using ChatGPT to source potential concepts, etc.

Most important job skills are: 1) high attention to detail, 2) excellent project management (using ClickUp), and 3) good eye for design.

Other attractive skills are basic video editing experience, experience working in video production or marketing agency, and ability to work on US time zone.
