Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing products to life?
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of new product development projects across multiple fragrance and lifestyle brands.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with an Australian brand owner and leadership team, supporting the launch of new collections, seasonal ranges, collaborations, brand relaunches, and exciting new product categories.
You will become the central point of coordination across suppliers, design, operations, regulatory, and marketing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and ready for launch.
This is a long-term growth role with the opportunity to help build and shape a dedicated Product Development function as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
• Manage the end-to-end coordination of New Product Development (NPD) projects from approved concept through to production and launch.
• Maintain and manage the master NPD project tracker, timelines, milestones, and launch schedules.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, packaging partners, and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Track quotations, lead times, approvals, samples, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Manage product development timelines and proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate product samples for approvals, photography and customer presentations.
• Work closely with Product Development, Design, Operations, Regulatory and Sales/Marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assist with product costings, BOM development, and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate collaboration projects, ensuring all stakeholders meet agreed deadlines.
• Support launch readiness activities and ensure all required approvals, documentation, and assets are completed prior to launch.
• Prepare project status updates and communicate progress clearly to leadership.
Ideal Experience
• Experience in Product Development, Project Management, Product Coordination, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Home Fragrance, Personal Care, or related industries.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with timelines, spreadsheets, documentation, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confident working with suppliers and stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
• Highly proactive and able to work independently.
