Product Developer – Remote (Full-Time)

Floor Launch is looking for a Product Developer to help us build and scale the tools that power our marketing agency. You’ll work on websites, automations, dashboards, and AI agents that directly impact how our clients grow.

What you’ll do:

Build workflows & automations in GoHighLevel and ----------

Develop websites & WordPress blocks from provided designs

Create dashboards in Retool and calculators in Google Sheets

Build and train AI agents

Write light backend scripts & API connections

Support ad testing and new product features

What we’re looking for:

1+ years in web development, automation, or technical systems

Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, ---------- , Google Sheets, Retool

Basic coding ability (APIs, backend scripts)

Strong problem-solving mindset, reliable, and detail-oriented

Details:

Full-time, 40 hrs/week

Remote – work from anywhere

Pay: $1000/month (with growth potential)

Training provided, structured systems, long-term role
