Product Design Engineer

Generate product design solutions and 3D models for laser cutters, CNC mills, and mechanical assemblies.
Develop test procedures for validating performance and reliability of components and systems.
Analyze test results and recommend engineering improvements based on data.
Write technical documents such as assembly instructions, testing protocols, and troubleshooting resources.
Assist in design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) considerations.
Collaborate closely with the founder and product team to iterate on designs and prioritize tasks.
Support prototyping efforts using in-house fabrication tools (3D printers, CNCs, CO2 lasers, etc.).
