Position Summary
We’re seeking a Government Contracts Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about public-sector business development. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of performing independent research, vendor outreach, and proposal support. This is a client-facing, remote position requiring active phone outreach and the ability to think critically through technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to request quotes, documents, and compliance information
Make outbound calls across U.S. time zones (must be available during Eastern Standard Time hours)
Analyze Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS) to extract relevant deliverables
Assist in preparing full bid packages for contracts on platforms such as ---------- , DIBBS, Unison, and state procurement portals
Review and organize contracts for compliance, deadlines, and submission requirements
Track subcontractor communications, document status updates, and ensure required forms are completed accurately
Collaborate with the executive team to identify potential partners and vet subcontractor capability
Maintain databases of vendors and opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Must speak fluent English)
High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
Working knowledge of procurement, government contracting, or logistics preferred
Ability to make long-distance and U.S. domestic calls from a remote setup
Must be available to work on Eastern Time (EST) schedule
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PDF form-fillers, and email platforms
Self-starter with the ability to work independently without heavy supervision

Preferred but Not Required
Experience working with federal, state, or municipal contracts
Familiarity with proposal templates, NAICS/PSC codes, and subcontracting documents
Past use of platforms like ---------- , BidNet, OpenGov, or DIBBS
