About My Business
I'm a general contractor and entrepreneur based in Colorado, building a new company focused on helping property owners access free or low-cost energy upgrades through state programs like the Colorado Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program.
Our unique model qualifies upgrades (such as air-source heat pumps for heating/cooling, full electrification, and electrical panel upgrades) based on tenant income levels — making these high-value improvements essentially free for landlords. This creates an extremely easy and high-demand sell to property owners, but I need a professional website to streamline lead capture and intake.
The Project
I need a skilled Squarespace developer/virtual assistant to build a clean, professional, mobile-responsive website ASAP on my existing Squarespace site. Key tasks include:

Embed three Jotform forms (fully customized for mobile, in-browser e-signatures):
One intake form for landlords (property owners)
Two separate intake forms for tenants

Each form should include:
Basic contact/info fields
Specific qualification questions
Dedicated file upload sections (3-4 documents each, e.g., IDs, income proof, utility bills)
In-browser electronic signatures

Set up Zapier integrations to:
Send form data to JobTred (or similar if needed)
Merge/submit data automatically
Tag submissions based on status
Gate/release a $100 Tango gift card incentive only after my manual approval

Refresh the overall site:
Add my logo
Incorporate relevant stock images
Clean up pages for a fresh, professional look (nothing overly fancy — focus on clarity and conversion)

I will pay wage plus bonus for the completion of this project
I need this completed quickly — ideally within 1-2 weeks.

Requirements

Proven experience with Squarespace (custom embeds, design tweaks)
