Prior Insurance Quoting Experience Required

Insurance service/sales/new business

Tasks include:

- obtaining quotes from companies for business insurance, general liability, workers comp, commercial auto insurance, possibly some personal home and auto.
- preparing quotes by editing PDF files
- completing ACORD forms based on data we receive
- taking client data from an online lead request and putting it into an application (PDF file)
- other tasks related to obtaining quotes and helping with insurance
-preparing binding docs, sending docusign/adobe signs to customers.
- Will be assisting 3 full time agents with tasks/quotes/forms

Experience preferred with:

- Online quoting of insurance
- Using application information to obtain quotes
- ACORD forms
- general liability and property quoting servicing
- commercial auto quoting/servicing
- calling clients to tell them we sent them an email or that they have forgotten to fill out an electronic form

Hours:
- we would prefer someone who can work Pacific Standard time. We may allow someone to start working at 3:00PM pacific time, which is 7AM Manila time for the part time schedule.

We use ---------- for task management and Telegram to chat. You do not have to be familiar with it, but if you are, it is helpful.

WE NEED 30 HOURS A -WEEK and should grow to full time at 40 hours.
