Print & Media Design VA (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)

About Us: We create premium print products - wire-bound, paperback, hardback books, and flashcards etc - selling across multiple channels. We’re seeking a part-time or full-time (roughly 20-40 hours per week), detail-oriented VA who will design both print-ready files and digital assets.

Responsibilities:
• Design print-ready products (books, flashcards, documents) in InDesign, ensuring clear spacing, alignment, and usability.
• Create infographics, 3D mockups, and listing images for e-commerce.
• Work closely and iteratively, proactively shifting between projects if awaiting feedback.
• Maintain a refined, modern aesthetic; we want standout quality, not generic output.
• Deliver InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop files.
• Expect mutual honesty: ask questions and treat us as equals.

Requirements:
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with print design (typography, layout, usability).
• Submit a tailored portfolio showing print and digital work aligned to our needs.
• Proactive: use downtime constructively on other projects.
• NDA required: no sharing of files or concepts externally.

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with Wordpress CMS.
• Experience with email marketing tools (MailPoet or similar)
• Experience with Amazon/eBay/Etsy listing creation.

Trial Period: Two weeks, to ensure mutual fit. Over time, we expect you to internalise our style, reducing direction.
