Power Platform & Power BI Developer (Remote – Philippines)

We are an Australian technology consultancy specializing in project management solutions. We need a skilled developer to help us enhance and deploy our custom PMO solution built on Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI dashboards for our clients.
You will work remotely via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)—we provide all licenses and infrastructure. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours and the potential to move to a full-time salary after a successful trial period.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (model-driven apps, PCFs, automations, APIs).
Customize and deploy Power BI dashboards for client reporting.
Integrate advanced components.
Modify solutions for each client’s requirements and deploy via AVD.
Collaborate with our team to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Ability to build model-driven apps, develop PCF controls, and integrate APIs.
Proficiency in Power BI dashboard design and data modeling.
Familiarity with Azure environments and remote deployment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours & Compensation:

Hours: 10–40 hours per week (flexible).
Initial Rate: ?600–?900 per hour (based on experience).
Transition: Move to a full-time salary after trial period.
Location: Remote (Philippines).
