Job Title: Podcast & Short-Form Video Editor

Are you a creative video editor with a deep understanding of podcast editing and an eye for viral social content? We’re looking for a talented editor who can transform long-form podcast episodes into polished, binge-worthy content across all platforms—both full-length and short-form.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube and audio platforms, ensuring high-quality sound, smooth pacing, and visual polish.
Craft compelling intro sequences that immediately hook viewers and encourage them to watch the entire episode.
Extract and edit viral-worthy short-form clips (15–60 seconds) optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Work closely with the Creative Director to align on episode structure, tone, and brand aesthetic.
Keep up with current trends in podcast content and short-form video to ensure relevancy and maximum engagement.
Manage a consistent pipeline of edits and deliverables, ensuring all content is on-brand and on-time.
Qualifications:

Proven experience editing podcasts (video and audio) with samples of both long-form episodes and short-form highlights.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools

(DaVinci Resolve only, other software users will be rejected)

Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to identify the most captivating ---------- nts in long-form content.
Ability to add dynamic captions, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance engagement and viewer retention.
Excellent time management and communication skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
