Podcast Manager/Agent

**Podcast Manager & Growth Strategist** (Publishing • SEO • Monetization)
*Part-time / contract — Remote*

The Enlighten Up podcast is one of the main ways we reach and serve high-achieving, spiritually curious women — and we're looking for someone to take it to the next level. You'll own the entire publishing process and, just as importantly, expand its reach: more eyes, more views, stronger search visibility, and real revenue. This is part operations, part growth marketing — ideal for someone who loves both clean, reliable publishing and the strategy of building an audience that converts.

**Publishing & distribution**
- Publish and schedule episodes in Transistor; ensure each goes live across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, and all major directories, and resolve any distribution issues quickly.
- Manage episode metadata, show notes, timestamps, and a consistent publishing calendar.

**Growth & visibility**
- Repurpose episodes into short-form video, audiograms, clips, and quote graphics to maximize reach across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Grow views and subscribers through platform-native strategy, click-earning titles and thumbnails, cross-promotion, guest swaps, and ratings/review campaigns.

**SEO**
- Own podcast and YouTube SEO — keyword research, optimized titles, descriptions, and tags, searchable show notes and episode pages, and discoverability across search and platform algorithms.

**Monetization**
- Build and grow revenue from the show: sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, and — most importantly — converting listeners into Enlighten Up programs, community, and products through clear calls to action and funnels.
- Track analytics and report monthly on growth, traffic sources, and revenue, with concrete recommendations.

**You bring**
- Proven experience growing a podcast and/or YouTube channel (views, subscribers, downloads — bring numbers).
- Strong command of SEO (podcast, video, and search) and audience-growth tactics.
- Experience with podcast hosting/distribution (Transistor a plus) and repurposing content for social.
- Sharp copywriting and an instinct for a warm, grounded, spiritually-minded brand voice.
- Monetization know-how — sponsorships, affiliates, and/or funneling audiences into digital products and programs.
- Organized, self-directed, and reliable.

**Bonus:** background in personal development, coaching, or spirituality; audio/video editing; email marketing (Klaviyo a plus); experience with membership or private podcast feeds.
