Podcast Editor/Manager (Experience required)

I’m looking for an experienced Podcast Editor to help me manage the post-production process for my parenting podcast, Creating Well-Rested Families. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who has a solid background in podcast editing and can handle both the technical and creative sides of audio production.

The ideal candidate will take raw recordings and turn them into polished, professional episodes that align with my warm, supportive brand. Tasks include editing for clarity, flow, and quality (removing filler words, background noise, long pauses, etc.), adding intro/outro music, and ensuring consistent audio levels throughout. You’ll also be responsible for uploading finalized episodes to Buzzsprout, writing brief show notes with relevant keywords, and occasionally pulling short clips or quotes for social media or repurposing.

I currently record and edit in GarageBand, so familiarity with this tool—or the ability to work with GarageBand files—is required.
