Podcast Editor (Video) – Remote (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re hiring a skilled Podcast Video/Audio Editor to transform long-form episodes into polished, engaging episodes. You’ll cut full episodes, sync and clean audio, add branding, and create scroll-stopping teasers and shorts.

What You’ll Do
- Edit full-length podcast video episodes
- Sync and master audio, add intros/outros/lower-thirds/captions
- Create 30–90 sec teaser intros with B-roll for each episode
- Produce social clips (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Organize deliverables in ----------
- Meet weekly deadlines & communicate with the team
- Occasionally assist with podcast show notes and management

You Have:
- 3+ years of video editing & 2+ years podcast editing experience
- Strong English communication (for meetings)
- Pro-level audio mastering skills
- Proficiency in: Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Pro Tools, ----------
- Sharp ear for pacing, storytelling & detail
- A collaborative, self-motivated work ethic
