I’m Curt, and I run a growing podcast agency that helps coaches, founders, and B2B organizations grow their businesses through podcasting. Our clients just record, we handle the rest. That means audio/video editing, show notes, social clips, thumbnails, uploads, and publishing.

I’m looking for a full-time Podcast Editor who can own the editing side (audio and video) so I can focus on everything else. Someone with the skill and judgment to make podcasts sound and look professional, but also the initiative to improve processes, spot hooks, and create great short-form content.

>> What You’ll Be Doing

- Take raw files and create polished audio and video episodes according to each client’s specifications

- Add intros, outros, and midrolls, with clean cuts and smooth transitions

- Use Premiere Pro (or similar) plus AI tools for editing workflows

- Identify hooks and impactful ---------- nts for reels/shorts (we’ll give brand direction, but I want your judgment too)

- Apply presets and use AI-powered tools for efficient turnaround (2–4 days typical)

- Keep everything organized in Airtable and our shared drive so the next tea ---------- mber knows where projects stand

- Communicate clearly and regularly with me and other tea ---------- mbers

>> What I’m Looking For

- Exceptional English listening, comprehension, and writing skills (this is a must)

- Strong podcast editing experience (audio and video)

- Premiere Pro expertise (or similar)

- Descript, Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT, AI image generator experience is a bonus

- Ability to handle 5-10 client episodes per week with consistency

- Resourceful problem-solver (you can Google, learn, ask, and take initiative without waiting to be told every step)

- Integrity and reliability - do what you say you’ll do, on time

- Open to improving workflows and suggesting better ways of doing things

I’m analytical, detail-oriented, and serious about quality. I move fast, expect a lot, and care deeply about getting things right. I’ll provide clear direction, templates, and systems, but I’ll also expect you to bring initiative, responsibility, and follow-through. I also care deeply about being kind and supporting the people who work with us in their professional and personal life. My wife and I have been married for 13 years and we have 5 children. We attend church regularly.

>> Role Details

- Full-time: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, 9-5 Pacific Time

- Pay: $1500/month USD to start (with raises based on merit)

- Flexible time off (just communicate in advance)

- Team based in the Philippines - you’ll be joining people who already understand the workflow
