About Us
The Care Collective Podcast is a growing community-driven show focused on supporting family caregivers. We publish two episodes per week (about 1 hour each) and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented podcast editor to help us polish our audio and maintain a consistent, professional sound.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a podcast editor who can take our raw Riverside recordings and:

Edit and clean up audio (remove background noise, normalize levels, balance voices)

Trim mistakes, long pauses, or filler words as needed

Add intro/outro and background music (we’ll provide the files)

Export episodes in the correct format and upload them to our hosting platform

Ensure each episode sounds polished, clear, and engaging

Requirements

Strong experience with podcast/audio editing (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar tools)

Comfortable working with Riverside recordings (separate tracks)

Knowledge of audio cleanup, EQ, compression, and noise reduction

Reliable internet connection and ability to meet weekly deadlines (2 episodes per week)

Attention to detail and ability to follow brand style (consistent sound and feel)

Preferred (but not required)

Experience adding music beds and transitions

Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor, etc.)

Experience creating simple social media clips from podcast episodes (bonus)

Hours & Pay

Estimated 1.5–2 hours per episode ? ~4 hours/week (16 hours/month)

Pay depends on experience

Paid monthly via PayPal, Wise, or another method that works for you
