Podcast Editing on Reaper/ProTools and Descript

This is a per project basis. I am looking for a podcast editor to assist me in editing for clients.

A Bit About Me:
- I own a video agency. I currently have 4 clients and looking to scale upwards to 10 per month.
- Majority of the videos are podcast videos and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.

A Bit More About You:
- I'm looking for someone who pays attention to detail but isn't edit crazy. They take the time to listen to the material and cut breaths and spaces out when it is appropriate. I'm not looking for tight edits with no spacing.
- You have used ProTools or Reaper before and Descript.
- You are efficient with these tools. I'm not looking for someone I have to train to use these tools.
